COMPENSATION
Base salary + Commission + Bonuses
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a freight brokerage required, with a focus on sales.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Account Executive at Precision Freight, you'll be the trusted partner for your customers, managing their freight needs while identifying opportunities to grow their business with us.
You'll prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, coordinate shipments, and solve problems to ensure a seamless experience. You'll also prospect for new business, cross-sell our full suite of freight services and build long-term relationships that drive results.
You'll collaborate closely with our Carrier Sales and Operations teams to deliver exceptional service and grow both your book of business and the success of Precision Freight.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts.
Prospect for new customers and develop new business opportunities.
Cross-sell and expand our freight services within your book of business.
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing and close new business.
Coordinate shipments, monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
Collaborate with Carrier Sales and Operations to deliver exceptional service.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

1+ year of freight brokerage, logistics sales or account management experience.

Knowledge of domestic transportation and freight services.

Strong customer relationship and sales skills.

Experience prospecting, identifying opportunities and cross-selling services.

Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.

Experience with TMS, load boards, CRM.
